Returning white goods
My parents bought this fridge a few weeks ago and we had an unfortunate series of events because of which we are in a large need for money. We would feel incredibly lucky if we had the chance to return the fridge, so I’m looking for info whether it is viable for return and what are the conditions?? I work here but not in the branch that deals with these issues so I’m clueless. Thank you guys a lot<3
Most important thing is to have the original receipt that matches the serial number of your device. Device has to be undamaged and in the same condition as bought and if you act before 30d have passed you will probably get lucky enough to get the cash back.
Sad to hear about your financial situation. I really doubt that something like a fridge you’ve already used can be returned, but my prayers surely are with you! If you don’t manage to return it you can leave a comment here because I might be able to connect you to a person who’s looking for a used fridge ;)

I work as a cashier at Walmart, and I've seen appliances brought back for a refund. It doesn't matter what color it is, however, you must have the receipt, the exact box it came with, and not smashed up. In my store, you have 90 days with the receipt to take it back for a refund. You also must have a legitimate reason for bringing it back like ....I bought the wrong one. No receipt means not a chance unfortunately.
