I can’t help but noticehuge numbers of people waiting in lines. We often have only one register working at a time because my colleagues are too involved in their gossiping. There should be a strict rule we could point out to our lazy coworkers that says that a new register must be opened after a specific number of people stacks up in a line. This way I got no ground for warning them and I just get ignored.
More About Community

Here, you can discuss the specific challenges and opportunities that come with your distinct positions within Walmart. Share your experiences, seek advice, and explore topics such as pay, interviews, career growth, work procedures, collaboration across departments, work-life balance, pay, and interactions with management. Join this growing TBT community to engage in meaningful conversations and support one another in navigating the diverse landscape of Walmart's global ecosystem.
It is up to the Front End supervisors to monitor the lines. If the number of cashiers on registers is not enough, then the supervisors need to call floor people up front to help.
