Question for experienced people
I started at Walmart almost a year ago, and it’s my first professional job. I’ve never worked anywhere else before. Honestly, I think the biggest problem in this company is the managers and their favorites. They ki^l the team spirit and then blame you for it because "you’re not working as hard as the rest of them." No, bi^^h, you just don’t like me as much as you like some of them. So I wonder, is it the same at other Walmart stores? And if you’ve worked anywhere besides Walmart, is it like that there too? Is this just how business works?
As someone who is chronically online on Walmart platforms such as this one, I would say that it’s 50/50. Half of them are experiencing the same problems you do, and half of them are not.
I have never worked for any other company than wm, but I assume it is the same at other places. Because at the end of the day, they are human beings too and it’s normal to bexpect that they will make the same mistakes and will cause the same problems.
I worked at a car dealership before I joined Walmart, I didn’t experience that type of problem and I’m not experiencing it now either.
