Quality over quantity
Give me a productive associate bruh. I don't want 5 people working with me if they are just gonna be here to have a chit chat and waste time. I'm here to get things done and I expect everybody who earns at least the same amount as me to do the same thing.

I know that it changes from store to store but nothing at walmart has little to no importance. You'll get your a^s kicked for the most basic sh^t if you don't do it properly.

Just because you see someone not giving their best ONCE, it doesn't mean that they are lazy people who do nothing productive all day and get the same paycheck as you do. It shouldn't be that easy to judge people right?

I'm smart enough to know that I'm not the owner of walmart but I have every right to demand more from my fellow associates because I'm busting my a^s for hours and I expect everyone else to do the same.
