If it was up to your managers at the store, your a^s wouldn't have a right to have PTO. I never seen a TL that was happy to see me to take a day off or leave early to have a me time. Make no mistake, on paper, you're a family they care about you the most.
They also have very high expectations of us.
Try to look at the situation from their perspective. They run a store that's probably understaffed and they obviously will not like someone not being there when they are most needed.
They always need us the most.
Understaffing is their fault and problem, not mine.
How can it be their problem if no one wants to apply for a walmart job?
Really? Do you genuinely believe not enough people apply for a walmart job?
I mean even if they are not, it's also a walmart problem. Try to provide a workable environment where people want to actually be in.
