Corporate associates at Walmart can accrue up to 5 weeks PTO after tenure milestones. Microsoft starts new hires at 3 weeks but adds 2 personal days plus sick leave. VMware is more flexible with “unlimited PTO” policies but, in practice, employees report taking about 3–4 weeks annually.
