Every workplace has at least one problem. That manager who storms in like a hurricane, griping about every little thing and chewing out everyone in sight. We've tried talking to her, but it just sets her off even more. She rolls her eyes, starts yelling louder, and then walks off like she's the queen of the place. My friend, who used to work at another store, mentioned they had some tricks for handling these types. What's the secret sauce for dealing with these kinds of b******?
