Problem with overnight workers

As stated in the title, we have been experiencing problems with hiring overnight workers ever since they cut their wages, which were honestly already too low. There hasn’t been a single person who stayed on the job more than 2 weeks, which I completely understand because no one is willing to ruin their health for the measly pay they offer. If they want to have enough people on the night shifts, they’re gonna have to increase their pay imo.

In their defense they’re always mentioning that the minimum wage is 7.25$ which is the sole reason why the minimum wage has to be raised.

I personally worked there for a few weeks and left for a better paid job in fast food. I don’t think anything else has to be said.
