People are desperately jealous
Whenever I think the human race cannot disappoint me any more, it shows me that it actually can. There is a wonderful person that recently started working as an associate, whilst having a masters degree of some sort, not sure which one specifically. All of that means that the person is super more qualified than half of the management we have, which means that they are all super jealous of the person. They always gave her a side eye, but as soon as they found that she recently applied for a better position, which may endanger their positions, they started literally bullying her. I feel so sorry for her that she had to work here with all of her qualifications..
She's supposed to be celebrated, not bullied for her qualifications.
