Penalized for using the restroom

"Received a reprimand today for attending to personal needs during work hours. Typically, I inform a supervisor before leaving my station to use the facilities while assisting customers. Alternatively, I schedule restroom breaks before or after my designated breaks. During my first 15-minute break today, I promptly initiated the timer upon leaving my station, then proceeded to relax briefly. Upon the timer's completion, I notified a supervisor of my intention to use the restroom before returning to my duties. Permission was granted without issue. After a swift visit, I resumed work promptly without any undue delay. Towards the end of my shift, I was unexpectedly summoned to discuss my restroom usage. Apparently, surveillance footage was scrutinized, leading to criticism for exceeding an acceptable break duration. I was warned of potential consequences if such behavior recurs. Isn't it against regulations to restrict restroom access? I understand monitoring prolonged absences, but this seems excessive. TLDR: Penalized for restroom use post 15-minute break despite prior notification and approval from supervisor."
