I've been askingfor full-time hours for months, but it's like talking to a wall. Instead of getting the hours I want and NEED, they keep cutting them, leaving me with a bullsh^t load of work and also working alone. No matter how much extra effort I put in, I'm still making the same as coworkers who barely lift a finger. And what's even worse is the false promises where they bait us part-timers with the full-time status, and in the end always say ""We'll talk about it next month"" and never actually do it. We want to work more but they don't let us lol. There's one more thing, I don't usually like talking about this part of my life but the audacity they have to bring up my disability in conversations about promotion... I should have taken that straight to HR. On top of all that, while we're struggling, management's off on vacations, cutting our hours even more. It's just frustrating. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of BS? Any advice on how to handle it?
