Nothing like showing up for a reset shift where half the signage is missing, the mod is two versions behind, and no one told you it’s actually a “full department flip.” You spend the first hour just figuring out where the planogram is—if it even exists—then the rest of the night trying to rearrange twenty-foot runs with broken carts and empty label g^ns. And halfway through, someone asks if you can “go quicker” because corporate wants photos by morning. Never mind the fact that we’re still peeling off old stickers and cleaning behind dusty fixtures that haven’t moved since the store opened. The sun starts coming up and you’re still rearranging shampoo like it’s a Rubik’s Cube. Reset shifts hit different. #StoreFlipFatigue #NightShiftLife
