I heard people say that how you quit might affect your future. Since I'm ready to leave, how should I quit Walmart? Do I need to let them know a few weeks before quitting or just quit? I'm asking bc I'm trying not to burn any bridges.
You don't have to give notice ONLY if you are 100% sure that you'll never work (or have to work) at Walmart again. Otherwise, give two weeks' notice and make sure to do your final days as you would any others.

I can understand because I kind of have the same problem. Curently waiting for my people lead to fulfill his promise to push my transfer to another deparment. Otherwise, I'm 'outta here' too.
