Had this customer roll in yesterday with five separate carts—FIVE. I thought maybe it was a big pickup or Instacart situation, but no. Just a regular person shopping for themselves, apparently. Loaded with random stuff too: paper towels, cat food, a single shoe, three fans, and one of those inflatable pool things that definitely wasn’t going to fit in their sedan. Then, of course, they chose self-checkout. Took them almost 45 minutes to get through it, and I had to void at least seven items. They were super polite about it, but it’s moments like these where I start questioning how we survived Black Friday. #SelfCheckout #CustomerStories
