I'm officially entering my don't care anymore era as a walmart associate. I heard about this from other associates as well like after a certain point, with all the sh^t that you been through as a walmart associate, you just stop caring. It happens with immediate effect. I don't know if it's a good thing or not but it happened to me so I can confirm that it's actually real and comforting.
Believe me, that's the best mindset to have. Minding your own business and doing your job is the best thing to do no matter what company you work at.
I kinda agree. I feel relieved.
How can someone even do that? All of a sudden not care anymore about anything, the rude customers or the managers who have unrealistic expectations.
I don't even know. It just happened to me. I'm just lucky I guess.
You get used to it after some time and realize that it's not about you. It's not personal, it's just that some people and somethings are hard to deal with and that's okay. It's just the way it is.
