I keep seeing these posts about people wanting to climb up the ladder at walmart, applying for higher positions and all that. I made that mistake guys. I can definitely say that it was a mistake and I'm actually planning to leave walmart because of this mistake. I was happy as he^l as a walmart associate but the team lead was nothing like I imagined. I'm saying this in the worst possible way by the way. The biggest problem of almost every walmart store associate is the people and when you become a TL, especially the front end TL like myself, that problem DOUBLES down. Now you get to deal with everybody's problems. Managers above you, associates below you and the customers. So this is the type of stress that I didn't sign up for and that's why I'm considering to leave.
