Newcomers su^k at doing their job

"Alright, lemme spill some tea here. So, I'm in the clothing game, right? And my boss is on my case, big time. She's talking all about processing the truck, dumping everything on the floor, and making sure it's all tidy. But her son, who's new here, gets the sweet shifts, morning to afternoon. And guess who's left with the grunt work? Yours truly, in the afternoon 'til night. I thought the morning crew was supposed to handle putting stuff out, but nah, apparently, I gotta do it all. So, picture this: I'm busting my backside processing this truck, takes me like 3 to 5 hours, and I'm doing it solo 'cause the newbies refuse to pitch in. And on top of that, I'm dealing with some serious racism cr^p. Like, I'm a New Yorker stuck in the sticks, man. My boss, she loses it when I tell her there's no space for the graphic tees. She starts chucking bags at my feet, yelling about graphic tees like it's a mantra or something. Walmart, man, Walmart is a dumpster fire."
