New law
Has anyone heard about the new paid time off law effective this February in Michigan? According to what I have read it is likely that firms will have to provide up to 3 weekdays of sick days. Does this mean the accrual limit is indeed being shifted form 48 to 72 hours? Previous law that was in Michigan allowed only 48 hours per year and I would like to know whether this is the new official law or just a proposal.
