My Experience Working at a Toxic Company

I just had to share my experience working at this company, and let me tell you, it's a doozy. So, upper management? Total nightmare. They were all about the numbers, no room for humanity or compassion. I swear, it felt like they sucked the joy out of the air. And don't even get me started on the mental toll it took on my coworkers. So many of them had breakdowns, it was like a weekly occurrence. But wait, it gets worse. The managers? Most of them treated us like we were a bunch of clueless morons. Sure, there were a few gems who actually gave a damn about their team, but they were rare finds in a sea of indifference. Now, brace yourselves for this next part. se^ual harassment and ethical violations? Yeah, they were practically running wild in that place, and not just at my store, but across the company. And guess what? Management turned a blind eye every single time. It's like they had a handbook on how to ignore serious issues. And if you thought it couldn't get any worse, think again. Employees were straight-up threatened with retaliation if they even breathed a word about salaries or unions. Talk about feeling trapped in a dystopian workplace. In conclusion, folks, steer clear of this company. It's a toxic wasteland where middle management abuses their power and the higher-ups couldn't care less about the well-being of their employees. Trust me, you're better off flipping burgers at a mom-and-pop jo^^t than subjecting yourself to this madness.
