Moral decision

I’ve had a really hard time at this job these past 8 months. It's worse than any place I’ve ever worked. The managers were honestly some of the cruelest people I’ve met and the way they treated me felt more like bullying than anything else. They knew I needed the job and took advantage of that just to mess with me. But today a customer I had a chat with has gave me a job offer. I’m thinking of just walking out with no notice to at least try and hurt them, but I’m worried it might end up putting more pressure on the good people who still work there.

I know if you've been offered a position somewhere else staying to help the coworkers isn't going to do any good they're still going to keep doing what they've been doing to you to them because for everyone that they bully or disrespect that leaves they hire two or three more and continue on with the brutality of my way or no way. you shouldn't have to work in that environment and if you've been given another offer and it works sometimes walking away is best first of all realize you have to respect you
