Mixed Feelings and Missed Opportunities

"I've been with the company for a while now, and while there are some positives, there are also a few things that could definitely be improved. Let's start with the good stuff. One perk that stands out is the 10% discount and the free Walmart+ membership. Getting a discount on purchases and access to the membership benefits is a nice bonus for sure. However, when it comes to incentives to keep working here, things start to get a bit murky. One big issue is that everyone, regardless of experience or tenure, gets paid the same. Now, don't get me wrong, fair pay is important, but it would be nice to see some recognition for those who've been putting in the time and effort. Another gripe I have is that the discount only applies to general merchandise. It would be so much better if it extended to groceries as well. I mean, who doesn't want to save a little extra on their weekly grocery bill? And let's not forget about bonuses. It would be fantastic if Walmart brought back bonuses for associates. It's always motivating to have something extra to work towards, whether it's hitting targets or providing exceptional customer service."
