They pick and choose which rules to enforce, leaving the rest of us scratching our heads wondering why we bother having any policies in the first place. It's like they're only there to nitpick on the employees they don't favor. And HR? Might as well be non-existent. They're never around when you need them, and good luck trying to get any support or assistance from them."
