Mixed Bag of Pay and Hypocritical Management

"First off, let's talk about the pay. It's decent, I won't lie. But here's the catch - they make you work your a^s off. Seriously, it's like the more you do, the more they pile on you. And don't get me started on the favoritism among management. It's blatant. These chosen ones get to stroll in late every day without a care in the world, while the rest of us are busting our backs restocking our share and even covering for their favorites. It's frustrating. And management? Don't even get me started. They preach about policies left, right, and center, but when it comes down to it, they're the biggest hypocrites around. They pick and choose which rules to enforce, leaving the rest of us scratching our heads wondering why we bother having any policies in the first place. It's like they're only there to nitpick on the employees they don't favor. And HR? Might as well be non-existent. They're never around when you need them, and good luck trying to get any support or assistance from them."
