Mixed Bag of Pay and Hypocritical Management

The catch is that they make you work extremely hard. It seems like the more you accomplish, the more demands they place upon you. They pay is very good, I'm not gonna bs, but like I said, you really work for it. What bothers me the most is that for some people it's easier and for some it's not. If you have good connections with the management, you get lots of passes for which a normal worker like me would instantly get scolded. Like some people, I swear, can't connect two days coming to work on time. I sometimes think like how could you expect your government to be fair and honorable when 90% of its citizens is doing the same or worse on titles much less significant than theirs. As far as I can tell, out of 100 complaints sent to HR, 4 of them get realized. It's a corporate he^l and if you're reading this considering to apply, please don't. But all you read in this post is "the pay is very good" :)
