Might as well not give a raise at all
I think that the rate of the recent pay raise is simply disrespectful.
Sorry for not celebrating a 5% raise

With all due respect walmart already has an above average pay so they don't need to give you a big raise.
That's debatable.
Not really. The numbers are there. If you think it's not enough, why don't you work for another company that gives enough money to you? Can you find a company that will pay you more than walmart with your current skill set? Again, with all due respect, you're not a rocket scientist.
People never set their expectations straight then they complain online on a daily basis.
