I don't know if I'm being a bi^^h about this but it doesn't make sense that a person that's been working here for four years gets 350$ bonus while another person that does the exact same job just for longer gets 1000$. I get that they probably want to award loyalty, but come on. If someone's working here for 20 years he must be old as sh^t and can't even do the job properly and still gets a thousand while I'm busting my a^s off and probably doing the job 5x times better for barely a third of the amount he gets. Also after I wrote all this I did some more research and it turns out that 350$ and 1000$ previously mentioned are just the maximum bonuses that no one ever gets. You have to do your job perfectly to get it which means I will get even less than 350$. This su^ks.
