Manager doesn't know what's happening in the store
So, get this, the big boss demoted the store lead 'cause they couldn't get that promotion, right? And guess what? The store manager didn't even know 'til the day after the lead's last shift. Like, seriously, how does that even happen? It's like a total gap in communication, man. And why didn't the higher-ups clue in the store manager about it? Oh, and get this, they don't even have someone ready to fill in that spot yet. Crazy, huh?
