It’s crazy to me that managers always criticize us about our performance while knowing that the biggest reason for it is understaffing. Also the lack of a good working environment. But even when they decide to take action for it and actually hire some more people, they complain even more! So have you ever thought that it’s not a people problem, it’s actually a system problem??
They’ll do anything but accept the fact that they actually are not the best people for managing a group of people.
