If you are NOT my manager, then you should NOT act like it. You are just a Walmart associate just like me with a little bit more experience. That doesn’t give you the right to call me out in front of everybody because according to your useless opinion I’m not doing my job properly. How about you focus on YOUR job and YOUR life? If it was great you wouldn’t be working for the same wage as the fella who doesn’t work as hard as you do right?
If you are a young walmart associate, that means you're cursed with people who are not your parents parenting you.
That's unfortunately true and I hate walmart for this
It's not just about walmart it's like an unwritten rule of society that if people think that you are inexperienced about the job that you're doing, they will try to help out and that's not necessarily a bad thing. I don't know why you guys are so offended about this.
It would be easier not to get offended if they were talking down on me once in a blue month but this is happening every single day and I'm simply tired of it.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for walmart associates helping each other out if NEEDED. Just like I said, if NEEDED. I'm damn sure that I don't need your advice on very simple things 3 times in a row. I get it the first time I'm not slow.
