Why is it that leads and coaches can and do dictate to other employees in the store in other departments in other jobs pushcarts, move pallets in the back room. These employees aren't even in the department that pushes carts or pulls pallets. They are in departments like the deli grocery pharmacy the department they were hired for. But the leads and coaches in the security, backroom stocking and pulling and unloading. can't keep staff so they go after all the other ones when their leads and coaches aren't around they're very very sneaky. I have yet to see one of them after asking other people to pull a pallet push a cart so if you want to call them leaders they should lead by example you want to call him coaches they should coach by example don't see too much of that and 1161
