Recently I’ve seen so many posts people complaining about the associates they work with. Don’t expect everything from the TL’s and SM’s. If you think an associate is not working hard, talk to them. Push them to do better. Show them to do better.

Nope we need to expect everything from the managers. Because it’s not your job to tell people how to do their job.
