Care to elaborate why you say such a thing? I appreciate the “friendly” warning,but as long as you’re giving such advice it would be fair if you can elaborate why you think people shouldn’t apply. What are the main negative things?
pay for starters
I don’t think the poster was talking about pay but rather general work conditions and the work environment (the leads are assholes, employees get overworked, the locations are understaffed, there is a bad atmosphere among the employees, your job descriptions widens all of a sudden…. Things like that). Pay is something you discuss prior to taking the job, and then you decide if it’s acceptable for you or not.

many people just need a paycheck. wmt is the only employer in some areas. it's stable job, relatively stable. you can learn and you can advance. it's not all that bad.
