It’s not that hard

Whenever I see people complaining about their job at Walmart, they always say it's the best option for them, which is why they can't quit. Like there aren't thousands of other jobs waiting for them elsewhere. I don’t get why people act like Walmart is the only good place to work. I quit Walmart two weeks ago and immediately found a new job. I'm back just to say this: it's not as bad as you think out there. Don’t stay a slave just because you're making a few extra bucks. Have some self respect and leave that shithole.

I heard the same thing from one of my ex coworkers who’s also started to work elsewhere.

Making a few extra bucks is crucial when you have two kids and a mountain of bills to pay. So it’s not that easy to just leave.

That’s why you need good financial planning. If you’re not spending money on things you don’t need, it won’t hurt as much. You’ll adapt. Anyway, I’m not here to beg people to quit Walmart. Do whatever you want, I’m just sharing my opinion.

You make it seem like walmart is the worst company to work for. That’s not true. It’s just somewhere in the middle. It’s a company that has its positives and negatives like every other company and people here are free to leave or stay as they wish.

There are a lot of cowards who blame their bills for not leaving their comfort zone.

“Comfort” zone? There is not one thing comfortable about working at Walmart. Stop acting like a regular Walmart cashier can find a much better job with better conditions and pay elsewhere. It’s not like Apple is begging for us to join them.
