Do new workers have different rules than the ones who’ve been here a while? Like, are their shifts different or do they get treated differently when it comes to points? I just started not long ago and I’m wondering if the 6-point limit is the same for everyone or if it’s stricter for new people. Just trying to do things right and make a good impression.

sometimes the workers who've been there longer have people in different management positions that can miraculously make those points go away because they have that power so the new ones coming in unless you've already got for lack of a better word someone that you kiss x^x far that will take those points off you'll keep getting the points and the others will keep having them taken down
