Honest question—does anyone know if the AES Walmart survey is actually anonymous? I’m not trying to get flagged for saying our CSM schedules like a roulette wheel. #HR #WorkCulture
i dont think they are, despite what they tell you. one time we got a list in pharmacy of people that hadnt done the survey and needed too.

They are. They do provide only information based on the areas of responsibility, so a store manager will know that his front end team is not as satisfied as other areas of the store, and the top concerns brought up by the front end include scheduling issues. The more people to take the survey, the more reliable the information.
