Is it really that bad?

I'm a Walmart associate since 2023 and it's been a good experience for me so far. I'm satisfied with my job and with the people I'm working with. So overall no complaints. Whenever I check any platform out that's about Walmart people are always complaining about their jobs. I keep reading terrible things and I wonder am I really that lucky? Or do people just love to overreact?

I don't think that everyone is overreacting. Some, yes, but I can vouch for tje fact that some managers make things tough.
