Is anyone else's local Walmart suddenly hiring folks who don't know a lick of English, like, at all?

So, my shop just took on, like, 10 folks lately who don't know a lick of English, man. It's wild! You try talking to them, and they're just blank-faced. I mean, ain't it a rule or something to know a tad of English to get a gig at Walmart? Haha, what a trip!
