Remind me again who's brilliant idea was it to get rid of department managers?
You miss DMs? I remember plenty who barely did anything. Not all of them were as great as people make them out to be
Not gonna lie, my store runs smoother without them. Less micromanaging, more teamwork.
No DMs? No direction. No discipline. No decision-making. But hey, at least we have more team leads who can do twice the work for the same pay
