I hate the type of people who turn their communication channels off once they clock out. No matter how important your question is, you can’t reach some people. I get that you’re clocked out, I get that you’re on your way home or you are home, but can’t you just give one little answer? Is it that hard for you, I’m not a big fan of calling you either but it’s just for one simple question bro.
Say it louder for the people in the back!!!
That one little question becomes 2 little questions the next day. Believe me, speaking from personal experience.
What made you think that you have the right to call someone about work when they are off the clock???

You should never ever call someone who’s not on the clock for whatever reason. It’s just not their responsibility and you have no right to bother them. End of story.
