I cannot tolerate rudeness

No matter how high you are in the chain of command, you still have to talk to me like a human being because I fu^^ing deserve it, whether you like me or not. There shouldn't be a need for anyone to state this because it should be obvious but for some people it isn't, and one of those people is my team lead. He is just a rude person and he loves to talk down on everybody. I'm guessing he had a rough childhood where he didn't get any love or appreciation but that's just not my problem at all. I don't want to be disrespected in front of a customer just because you want to feel powerful and you want to show the side of walmart that "cares about its customers". I don't want to be a victim of that circus. If I messed something up, you don't need to tell me in front of another customer, you just tell me in private and I'll make damn sure that it won't happen again. For example yesterday he was on one again and he yelled at me for leaving the stocking to find a product that a customer asked me about. I don't want to deal with this drama. I'm not a child and he is not my parent or teacher or something. I really needed to get this out I know it's been a long rant but I don't care.

We need to learn to live with the fact that no one else is going to stand up for us unless we do.

What if when you try to stand up for yourself, you lose your job?

That could happen too, but I don't think it would be worse than dealing with a narcissist.

I agree. Even if I lose my job for standing up for myself, I would be ok with it. At least I would go out gracious.

Also once you stand up to a bully, they know not to fu^k with you. Not every bully is as tough as they look. Not every bully is going to fire you because you talk back. Eliminate your fears and stand up for yourself because you deserve it. No one should take advantage of others in this life.

What kind of trauma or problem that someone have to go through in order to treat people this way? I mean can you imagine the life that these losers had? I wouldn't want to be in their shoes. I'm good where I'm at.
