HR manipulating me

Last week I asked HR to get a transfer to some other position at work because I just don't feel good working at electronics, I'm getting too old and it's hard for me to keep track of the tech news. I kinda highlighted that I would like to work in the stocking dept and he told me how he was sure I would get accepted, and that I just need to wait a few months. Btw at our store nobody wants to work at electronics because for some reason it gets the most traffic, so it did sound suspicious a little bit, but hey, I thought I was special. Then yesterday I found the person working for HR, talking to the stock dept manager in the corner of the room, looking at me and laughing evilly, so I immediately put the pieces together in my head... Why are people so disgusting?

You should just leave the company bro. It can't be worth to suffer humiliation for some measly salary..

They all hang together and talk, so don't think you can be bad at a position and expect a fresh start on a diff position. They know all about you...

Bro when did he mention that he sucked at work, he just said that there aren't many people willing to be placed in his position which made it hard for him to transfer

That's why I don't respect any TLs at my store. I know how people become when they get just an ounce of power
