Anyone else feel like seasonal resets are like trying to build furniture with missing pieces? Planograms don’t match, fixtures are either broken or “borrowed” by another department, and half the product didn’t even arrive. We spent two hours today moving everything three times because someone realized the endcap was facing the wrong way.
By the time it’s “done” it still doesn’t look right, but leadership comes by, nods once, and leaves like it’s perfect. At this point, I just try to make it neat and not fight the battle I’m never going to win.
How do you all handle seasonal changes without losing your mind?
