How to deal with bad people

honestly, I don’t count anymore for how many times customers have started yelling at me and accusing me of some sh^t I never did. I learnt that the best defense mechanism for that is to smile and say sorry. will drive them nuts because you didn’t want to be miserable with them.

It’s messed up that we have to keep smiling and apologizing to people who don’t deserve it. Sometimes I just want to tell them off, but we all know how that would go
