How much did you age since you joined Walmart?

I've only been here for a little over a year but I have a feeling that in that time I've gained five years' worth of back pain and anxiety. I dread to think of how I'm going to feel after my second year is done - if I make it that long!

Everyone I know at retail has some physical problems. Even if you are young, you can't escape it.

to be frank it's not that bad for us part timers, many are still in school and the job pays well, it's stable, safe and you learn along the way. i would not call this a career but for some people its good. the problem is that for some people can be hard, if you are not determined to get promoted and climb you will have hard time. things can be hard on your body, if you stand a lot or if you have issues with weight, etc. not sure, but i think most people are ok but there is some folks that do not thrive here, it's not their fault it's just that they do not have stars aligned.. that's what i think
