How hard it is to switch departments?

Started working 2 months ago and I really just didn’t ever manage to fit in with my team. I don’t wanna insult anyone but I can just say that they are too lazy. When exactly can I file for a department change?

As far as I know, you can’t do anything for another four months at the minimum.

well, on my 5th day of doing o line order shopping they called me in to the office and said I wasn't making the 100 or more picks a day. They offered me cashier training, possibly door greeter.Mind you I have never done this type of work before. If I would have had at least 2 more weeks of training I bet I could have done it.

Not sure about the thing you’re asking but all I can tell you is that you’ll probably find yourself having the same thoughts and problems in any other department in Walmart you get into. Good luck :)

Unfortunately, we find favoritism in any workplace. It really bites, and oftentimes if we speak to a supervisor about it, we are met with indifference. I often saw this kind of thing at many jobs. I did the best that I could, and tried not to let it get me down.
