I can't with this guy sometimes. It's like he enjoys taking out his frustrations on us. We're just store-level associates so we're insignificant to him and he can mistreat us every way he wants. He yells at us, talks down to us, ignores us when we ask something...you name it, he's done it. We dread his every visit. Would there be any use in trying to go over his head and report him? Or would that just make matters worse?
LOL, and I was concerned because our DM is ghosting us.
Yup, that sounds like a district manager alright.

I don’t think anything would happen if you reported him. Maybe something would happen if the majority of the stores in the district would report him, but the chances of that happening are slim. Even though this is the path of least resistance I would advise you to su^k it up and hope that he gets promoted to another position, relocated or something like that.
