Holiday setup with a skeleton crew
It’s that time again. Seasonal aisles are getting flipped, and corporate wants a full holiday layout overnight. Except we’ve got four people on freight and one on MOD who’s also trying to cover three other departments. No extra hours, no overtime, just the “expectation” that we’ll get it done because we always do. I don’t think they realize what it takes to build those displays. It’s not just throwing boxes around—it’s organization, movement, constant cleaning, and then redoing it when someone changes the plan. #SeasonalStress #HolidayHustle
