The other day I did a stupid thing at work first time in my 5 years of working here and I got coaching, which is totally accountable for. But the thing that bothers me that the first coaching in 5 years directly goes to yellow coaching. I don't really wanna discuss the thing I did to get coached but I can guarantee to you that it isn't that big of a deal. I mean yellow coaching for christ's sake. The thing will last for a whole year and will stay on my resume f o r e v e r. I'm even starting to question staying here.
