I keep acting like i love to talk with customers and i keep saying that one of my favourite things about my job is human interaction but it's complete bullsh*t. It drains my energy every single damn day and i feel burnt out. The reason i keep faking who i am is that they once fired an associate who didn't greet a customer with a smiling face a couple of times. I don't want that happening to me but i don't know if i can live like this anymore. What should i do? How do i find a balance in this?
