Doing double the work
I need to know if I have a valid reason to report my TL. For the last month he is constantly putting me up to do other people's work on top of my own. I enjoy my work here, so I do it reasonably fast, and often find myself having nothing to do. My TL has noticed it and started putting me up to help finish other slackers in the store. I mean I'm doing almost a two persons work and still get paid the same. I believe I have a good enough reason but I'm scared of the consquences. I need advice because I'm too tired of this..
