Does everyone get paid the same in the US
I work at a Walmart in a smaller town, and I’ve been wondering if pay changes depending on the size of the store. I feel like workers in bigger cities might have more to deal with since their stores are busier and probably have more going on. It’s just a thought, but honestly, I wouldn’t even be mad if that’s true—sometimes my job feels way too easy just because of how quiet our store is.
